Norwalk briefs (Norwalk Advocate)

A Bridgeport man was arrested Monday at state Superior Court in Norwalk after becoming belligerent in the courthouse, police said. Jesus Soto, 29, of 30 Coleman St., Bridgeport, had to be subdued by four judicial marshals and a Westport police officer.
