LHS students top CAPT (The Register Citizen)

LITCHFIELD - After 625 minutes of testing over the course of nine days, 15 students from Litchfield High School scored at a level five - the highest score - on all four areas on the 2008 Connecticut Academic Performance Test (CAPT).
